In this scenario The Autism Foundation is the organization that refers and pays for Chrissy to attend the camp, there making them the Payer and Referral Source. Chrissy Atwater is the one seeking treatment making her the client and her parents will be able to derive the advantages from her being at camp, which makes them the beneficiary. Finally the day camp is giving Chrissy the experience she needs to help communicating, making them the intervention focus.
b. Mrs. And Mr. Chips-client

Family-payer, beneficiary
Mrs. Smyth- intervention focus
Mr. and Mr. Chips are the clients because they will be seeing the social worker regarding the psychosocial issues from her fall. The doctor in the hospital referred them to the social worker making him the referral source and Mrs. Smyth is the social worker who will be helping them, which makes her the intervention focus. The family is paying for it so they are the payer and also the beneficiary.

Donna-client
Teacher-intervention focus
Even though Donna is not seeing the social worker she is still the client along with her dad because he is willing to see the worker. Mr. Cowan is the beneficiary because he is Donna’s dad and also the referral source because he took her to the hospital. Her teacher is part of the intervention focus because the social worker is working with the teacher. Medicaid (the government) is the payer.
